Dr. Clarke�s studied whether the response of breast cancer cells to antiestrogens such as tamoxifen are mediated in part by induction of oxidative stress and whether dietary antioxidants including vitamin E can compromise the efficacy of antiestrogen therapy of women with breast cancer.
