Our Impact
AICR has been improving public understanding of cancer risk, lifestyle and nutrition for nearly thirty years. Our research has improved cancer care, shaped public policy, and has become a trusted resource for healthcare professionals across the country.
Our Global Team
Cancer doesn’t stop at borders—so neither do we. As a member of the World Cancer Research Fund International (WCRF), AICR works closely with a global network of cancer prevention nonprofits in the UK, the Netherlands and Asia.
AICR works side by side with WCRF International and is united through a shared vision and mission and also through executive leadership. As part of the WCRF network, we have been able to extend our reach, impact communities around the world, and collaborate on landmark research projects like the Third Expert Report – a massive international study that provides a global perspective on the links between diet, nutrition, physical activity and cancer
