Thank you for your interest in using the American Institute for Cancer Research’s content!
AICR’s content aims to provide individuals with helpful, useful, reliable and evidence-based information on the links between diet, nutrition, physical activity, weight and cancer risk.
Guidelines for Using AICR’s Content
AICR defines content as text, resources, graphics, photos and videos.
Most of AICR’s content is free and available for your use, with certain stipulations.
None of AICR’s content may be changed in a way that compromises the intent or integrity of the information. If any changes are desired, they will require review by AICR’s staff.
All users of AICR’s content must credit the American Institute for Cancer Research. Please do not just credit our abbreviation, AICR.
If the content will be used in a non-print medium, please include a link to www.aicr.org.
Everyone who uses AICR content is responsible for ensuring that they are not using expired or outdated content. Generally speaking, if the content is currently on AICR’s website, it’s current. If it’s not on AICR’s website, it’s likely expired or outdated, and then you would need to replace it with the new posted content.
If the information below about using specific content sufficiently answers your questions, please simply complete the fields in the Notice to Use AICR Content Form that can be found at the bottom of this page, and then submit it. However, if you have questions that the information on this webpage does not sufficiently answer, please email [email protected] (and do not also complete a Notice to Use AICR Content Form).
