The Role of the Transcription Factor Rex-1 in Human Breast Cancer

Project Description

This study aimed to identify the consensus DNA binding sites for Rex-1, a transcription factor that is highly expressed in normal stem cells, that could play a role in human breast cancer and that is repressed by vitamin A and retinoic acid.
