Differential Gene Regulation in Normal and Transformed Keratinocytes by 1,25 (OH)2 D3 and Retinoic Acid

Project Description

Dr. Bikle used keratinocytes in culture to investigate how the development of squamous cell carcinomas can be inhibited by derivatives of vitamin D [ 1,25(OH)2D] and vitamin A [retinoic acid].
