A Quick, Tasty Entrée

Our low-calorie Health-e-Recipe for Asian Turkey Cabbage Boats is a flavorful contrast to the rich foods of the holiday season.

This easy-to-prepare entrée uses a tangy combo of anti-cancer ingredients, including ginger, onion, mint and garlic. These foods contain compounds that work with additional phytochemicals from the cabbage, including sulforaphane (also found in broccoli).

Add the delicious crunch of peanuts, hot peppers, lemon juice and a touch of Asian fish sauce to the background of turkey, and you’ve got a welcome change that’s healthy and takes only minutes to make.
