Dr. Rosenberg’s research aims is to examine the chemo-preventive efficacy of walnuts for reducing the incidence of colon cancer. His study will evaluate the effectiveness of walnuts in inhibiting the formation of precancerous lesions and tumors in three different mouse models. One of the goals of Dr. Rosenberg’s laboratory is to develop and implement effective approaches for colon cancer prevention.
