AICR’s newly released and updated cancer prevent recommendations offer you a blueprint to reduce your cancer risk as well as a boost to your energy and health! Today, begin to take steps that put you on the path to a healthier, cancer-protective lifestyle.

Start with AICR’s Cancer Health Check, an easy to use tool that helps you assess where you are in meeting the cancer prevention recommendations. By answering a few questions about what you eat and how much you move, in 5 minutes you’ll know what you’re doing well and in what areas you can still do better. Knowing your strengths and areas for improvement is the first important step toward making life-changing improvements in your health habits.

But just knowing where you are isn’t enough. You’ll want to take action now, but where to start? Once you complete the assessment, we’ll point you to specific actions you can take and tools you can use to move closer to following all the AICR cancer prevention recommendations. You can choose from a trying a new recipe to joining our 12-week New American Plate Challenge program. The important thing is to find something that will work for you now.

For many people, successful change is easier if they do it with others, so find a friend or group that supports your goal.
