It's also important to remember that it takes time to review, grant permission and provide support for special fund raising events. Please contact AICR early in the planning process. You'll find we can provide tips, ideas and even educational materials that can help make your event more successful.

Donations made in support of an event you are holding should be made payable to "AICR" or the "American Institute for Cancer Research." (If individuals do not make their checks payable to AICR, it may affect the tax deductibility of such donations). Please send donations as soon as possible following an event.
