Project Description:

Dr. Reynolds examined the biology underlying the initial sensitivity and resultant resistance of neuroblastoma cells to retinoic acid. His investigations on the role of retinoic acid receptors and oncogene expression, transcription factors and protein phosphorylation will provide new insights into improving the response of tumors to retinoid treatment.
