Conference Registration

Registration for the early rate must be submitted by September 17, 2010, otherwise the standard rate will apply.

Registration Inclusions

• Conference welcome reception on October 20
• Admission to the conference sessions
• Continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, networking and poster receptions
• Delegate bag including the program and abstract book
• Maximum of 14.75 Continuing Medical Education (CME) and maximum of 15 ADA Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.

Payment Information

Payment Policy

• Payment online is via credit card only. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted
• Checks are also accepted for faxed or mailed registrations. Make checks payable to: American Institute for Cancer Research
• If you take advantage of the Early Rate, registration must be postmarked by September 17, 2010.

Confirmation

Delegates will be sent confirmation of their registration by email.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (less a $50 processing fee) will be made for cancellations received by October 7. After October 7, no refunds will be granted.

Letters of Invitation

Letters of invitation to assist with visa applications for the United States can be provided once the following information has been submitted:

1. Proof of payment of fees
2. Full name
3. Work and home address
4. Date of birth
5. Passport number

If you require an invitation letter please email us at researchconference@aicr.org. Visa applications are not the responsibility of AICR. Delegates are encouraged to submit their applications to the appropriate embassy well in advance of the conference.
