Project Description:

Dr. Clark evaluated the antileukemic action of perillyl alcohol, a hydroxylated monoterpene found in plants, in inducing growth arrest and apoptosis in transformed cells carrying the Philadelphia chromosome, and sought to determine the effects of other monoterpenes on leukemias with the Philadelphia chromosome.
