Dr. Peacocke continued her studies on the role of various domains of the RAR-beta2 receptor in mediating the cell growth inhibitory effects of retinoids. The research examined if the DNA binding domain of RAR-beta2 and the ligand binding domain of RAR-beta2 are required to inhibit cell proliferation and anchorage-dependent growth.
