Research Institution:

Texas A & M University

Location:

Texas

Researcher:

Clinton D Allred

Project Description:

This study examined the relationship between a fish oil diet and estradiol using an estrogen receptor (ER)-beta knockout animal model and investigated the mechanisms of cross-talk between PPAR-gamma and ER-beta using human colon cancer cells in culture.
