Project Description:

This study determined whether EGCG, a major component of green tea, sensitises ovarian cancer cells to cisplatin treatment by inhibiting detoxifcation of cisplatin through inactivation of AP-1 and NF-?B pathways that could lead to the depletion of glutathione.
