Whole Grains Link to Lower Cancer Risk
Today is Whole Grains Sampling Day, a day organized by the Whole Grains Council to highlight the benefits and tastes of grains. For cancer risk, AICR's expert report and its continuous updates found that a diet high in whole grains reduces risk of colorectal cancer. Many whole grains also contain selenium, and that links to lower risk of prostate cancer.
